Plenty of products for a reasonable breakfast. Comfortable bed, reasonably clean bathroom and a safe, TV, and a fridge in the room. Unbeatable location in Haeundae district near to the beach and aquarium, and stores and public transport as well as the beach.

The location was good and incredible for walking around a unique edutainment -based aquarium. What's more, it was really close to the restaurant / bar area, taxis/vans and the market. A family room with a beautiful view of Haeundae beach, had requested this in advance.

The bed was perfect and the hotel was very clean. The staff was hospitable and the property was in a good location. We especially loved having satellite television, central heating, and ironing facilities in the rooms. If we come back to Busan, we'll definitely stay here again.

It boasts incredible location, near some of the amazing attractions Busan has to offer. The staff are very friendly, managed the parking on-site. The rooms are great-sized and the bathrooms are spotless.

We loved the incredible ocean view, even though the window frame was a bit in the way when sitting. The room was beautiful and the pillows were cosy. The cleaning staff was friendly and greeted us every time. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach, main road, and subway station. Having an e-mart and cafes right downstairs was very convenient. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early when we arrived.

That the room temperature was too hot, around 27.5 to 28 degrees Celsius. The reception informed us that cooling was not available at the time, only warming.

While this hotel provides many amenities and leisure facilities, the parking lot is quite narrow and lacks sufficient parking space which may result in inconvenience and delayed elevator operation.
